If syslog is down the failed tests count does not increase
...
If syslog-ng is not listening on supported port the warning message is wrong (the test message is failure and the message is for Rsyslog).
the failed tests count is 2 instead of 1.
Remove Listen key word from check_syslog_daemon listen function.
