OSConfig Digital Twins Model Interfaces (DTMI)

To use with Azure IoT Explorer go to Home | IoT Plug and Play Settings | Add and enter a new Configurable Repository pointing to raw.githubusercontent.com/Azure/azure-osconfig/main.
