Azure Event Hubs Blob Storage Checkpoint Store for C++

The EventHubs Blob Storage Checkpoint Store is a checkpoint store for the Azure Event Hubs service, used to enable an Event Processor to store checkpoints and partition ownership information in Azure Blob Storage.
