Updated setup script to automatically find service directories.
...
No more need to manually maintain a giant list of shell commands.
Also added teardown.js script to undo the global changes created by
setup.js.

Removed old storage code directories
...
Removed storage code from it's old location.
Updated azure.js so that it pulls the storage stuff via require of
azure-storage-legacy module instead of direct requires.
Updated tests so that they run when referencing from the new location.
