Matthew Fisher	afa5529d98	alter project governance Given that we are out of a “spike” and moving more into a team-based effort, it’s a good time to re-visit the project governance policy for Draft. Cliff notes: 1. I’m demoting myself from BDFL to an Admiral. It’s unfair to say that I should have “special privileges” when it’s a team effort. 2.
