Improvement for Go (#51)
* Add envs to SwaggerToSdk * Add tools to get swaggertosdk conf link * Download the conf * Download conf from github before the clone * Solve relative path in advanced_conf * Implement clone_dir * Add log * Don't solve clone_dir
