* The host msi now includes both text files in addition to dotnet.exe * The dotnet-rid-version.zip file now contains both text files in its root. Same for the .tar.gz versions. * The LICENSE.txt file is a text version of eula.rtf from the msi/pkg installers. The text contained in it is identical to the rtf version.
