fix(webpack): Add several modules to vendor chunk

Fix NativescriptModule import to prevent @angular/compiler from
bundling.
Fix rxjs imports to prevent whole library from bundling.
Move everlive-sdk and jstz to vendor chunk to stop bundling in all lazy loaded
chunks.
