* Added CURL_VERSION_LARGEFILE

* If CURL_NO_OLDIES is defined, we hide all obsolete functions/options.

* CURL_FORMAT_OFF_T is defined for portable printf()ing of curl_off_t types
(although not with curl_mprintf()!)
