Massive overhaul of middle tier - will be fine tuning the repo and service layers - most methods can now be invoked async or synchronous. More perf tuning to come. Added more communities fixes/features. Removed code we don't need in the WWT communities featureset.

cleansed project of all external libs (e.g., jquery/bootstrap). Now all referenced via cdn and nuget to pull in the bootstrap source code. Massive perf upgrades to repositories. Async calls, better linq queries. More work on tour admin. Fixed several communities bugs.
