As a paralegal of The Pokémon Company International, Inc.
(“TPCi”), the owner of copyrights in the world-famous Pokémon intellectual
property, I am providing this notice pursuant to Section 512(c) of the Digital
Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and including the required DMCA elements for
notification of content infringing on TPCi’s Pokémon intellectual property.


I have read and understand GitHub’s Guide to Filing a DMCA
Notice.


This notice is in regards to the infringing Google Chrome extension
“pokereact” uploaded to GitHub by [Private] and located at

The extension includes images of Pokémon characters copyrighted by TPCi,
specifically Charizard, Meowth, Haunter, Pikachu, Togepi, Jigglypuff, Wobbuffet
and Squirtle, which are being displayed and distributed via GitHub without
permission. For further description of the copyrighted work, please see TPCi’s
