1. I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.

2. The copyrighted work is our entire Rails app, which is contained here:

https://github.com/yankaindustries/masterclass. Our repo contains all of
|
||
|
|
the commits leading to the development of the app, which is sufficient
|
||
|
|
evidence of our creation and ownership of the code. Naturally, there are
|
||
|
|
components of the app which are autogenerated by Rails, and pieces of open
|
||
|
|
source code, etc, and we are not claiming ownership over those parts.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
3. The infringing work is a copy of that Rails app that has been uploaded
|
||
|
|
wholesale and made publicly available here:
|
||
|
|
https://github.com/zs425/masterclass_ruby It includes configuration files
|
||
|
|
that contained sensitive data and were used to compromise our AWS account.
|
||
|
|
|
||
