It has come to our attention the existence of unauthorized contents concerning Bending Spoons repository’s and displayed through the pages of GitHub.  
  
This activity is manifestly illicit, and it represents a violation of our Client's exclusive intellectual property rights on the Asset, given that our Client has never authorized - neither intends to authorize - any of the Page / s displaying contents concerning the Asset.

Candidates accept the conditions to the test which include confidentiality obligations. Bending Spoons takes its recruiting process very seriously and its tests are a fundamental part of it. The unauthorized reproduction of the work not only infringes Bending Spoons's copyright but also violates the conditions to the test and jeopardizes Bending Spoons' recruiting process.
