The "Submerged" project is a mod for the game Among Us which was released publicly on April 30th at https://github.com/SubmergedAmongUs/Submerged. The compiled version is available for download at https://github.com/SubmergedAmongUs/Submerged/releases under the license at https://github.com/SubmergedAmongUs/Submerged/blob/main/LICENSE.md.

Under section 3(a)(1)(A) of the license, any redistribution must include attribution to the original authors, the project's LICENSE file and THIRD PARTY NOTICE file, none of which are not included.

Additionally, under section 5(a), we chose to terminate these users' rights under the license, but they have yet to remove it even after we asked them to.
|
