+I represent the SellMyApp, source code licensing marketplace sellmyapp.com, intellectual property counsel to Rizontec Limited, LLC.
+
+It has come to our attention that Fake Author - chenliangj2ee is making an unauthorized distribution and infringing the copyright of Items published on sellmyapp.com by their original Author.
+
+We have gotten the power and authority to file DMCA takedown notices in the name of our clients.
+
+Currently, there is a user account which is reselling illegally our client's source code which they did not approve to resell. The licenses our website never allow anyone to resell the source codes except the original author.
+
+In conformity with your DMCA obligations, we ask that you immediately remove from https://github.com/ all SellMyApp app licenses and codes, including but not limited to all the games listed under point 3 below. Should you fail to do so, we will not hesitate to avail ourselves of all appropriate legal remedies.
+

+2. As you might be aware, SellMyApp is the leading source code licensing marketplace, with over 1000 publishers and more than a +3500 Complete App Templates for iOS and Android.

+3. To the extent that our research has shown, you are currently illegally putting on sale the licenses and code for the following apps and games:

+List of the original items listed by their Real Authors on www.sellmyapp.com:

+We ask your prompt action and response to our DMCA takedown notice as you are acting illegally and causing our client's real financial damage.

+This letter is an official notification under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”), and we seek the removal of the aforementioned infringing material from your servers. We request that you immediately notify the infringer of this notice and inform them of their duty to remove the infringing material immediately and notify them to cease any further posting of the infringing material to your server in the future.
