+We are directly concerned by this item (WordPress plugin): https://github.com/wp-premium-themes/wp-media-folder
+Though, all the plugin listed under the account "wp-premium-themes" are related to a warez website that resell old versions of premium WordPress plugins. The website is reselling premium plugin without any modification using the very same material as the original author like logo or website URL.  
+All plugins listed are old versions that contain major security problems, if you just compare the changelogs you can see that, for example the 4.2.2 and 4.2.4 versions contain XSS issues that has been fixed month ago. On the other side the version on the repository is the 3.8.5
+

+Plugin are licensed under GPL. The website is reselling premium plugin without any modification using the very same material as the original author like logo or website URL.
