+The software is a Minecraft server implementation in Java written from scratch. It is obviously cloned because you can see in the commit history that they changed the branding, additionally even the batch files to build the project are exactly the same.

+I have but was unable to identify any forks.

+The work is licensed under the MIT license however these files are in violation of the license because the repository owner has modified the LICENSE file and the copyright notices in some of the files.

+**What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?**

+They will need to remove their repository from GitHub however they may fork our repository and re-commit their code to that repository. They must also revert all of the license and copyright messages to their original state.
