+The reported repository has used our client's work and added it on her codes to create a new website targeting Nykaa.

+Specifically the 5.html file in the repository copied code and sources content from the following link:  https://www.nykaa.com/brands/kay-beauty/c/11433?root=search,brand_menu,brand_list,Kay%20Beauty&sourcepage=cmsWrapper&ssp=1&tst=Kay&searchRedirect=1&rtqu=Kay%20Beauty

+And uses the code, product images and promotion into their website. Which is not authorized by Nykaa as this copyrighted content are not allowed to reproduce outside the Nykaa webstore and exclusively licensed these copyrighted content by the companies to Nykaa and it’s webstore only. Their usage of the content can cause legal issues with the license and their client and not permitted by the client owners which is an infringement.
