+We are Gaskar group, the Russian IT integration software. We're located in Moscow.  
+We have developed the "Social Monitoring" app, which ordered by Moscow DIT.  
+Application in github repository was undecoded without our permission to do it, and posted our confidental information, such as source code and tokens to access to our face-monitoring system. It can be dangerous for other people, which should use it.
