+An Internal "Factset Research Systems Inc." proprietary code repo is added to public Github repository by two of the employees, who are no longer with the Firm. Below are the URL of the Repo's that are infringing on the Factset's copyrighted work. Both of these repo's are individual copies of the same internal repos. Hence a single DMCA takedown request.

+The entire repository is the work that belongs to "Factset Research Systems Inc." & should be taken down immediately. As the employees are no longer with the firm, we dont have a way to contact them to bring it down. Hence submitting a DMCA notice.

+You can see the repositories has multiple references to Factset's Internal services across many files. For example , in the below urls'

+Fortunately, there are no forks (0).

+it's factset proprietary repo & not open source.
+

+No. The entire repo has to be taken down, as the complete repo is the work of Factset.

+
+Unfortunately no. The infringer's were employees of Factset & they are no longer with the firm.
