+The developer is a former employee of NEW YORKER who recently left the company. By his work contract in conjunction with german law, for all work results and deliverables he developed or any data he had access to during his work relationship  
+a.) he lost or never had any copyright and  
+b.) all copyright is only owned by NEW YORKER, his former employer.  
+The data (company data used as test data and company source codes) uploaded by the developer is from a private NEW YORKER source code repository and property of NEW YORKER company.
+

+The data was created by several employees of NEW YORKER and originally posted in a private repository owned by NEW YORKER company. It is property by NEW YORKER company only.

+The original code pushed by him is from a NEW YORKER private repository. In recent file changes he removed names of former coworkers and updated readme-files, possibly to hide origin of the code.
