+2) OpenStack VPS For WHMCS (https://www.modulesgarden.com/products/whmcs/openstack-vps) – another provisioning module designed specifically for WHMCS which makes it possible to provision and supervise OpenStack virtual servers in this exact system.

Therefore, the infringing files are in violation of the license agreement which clearly states that ModulesGarden owns and retains all right, title and interest in and to the software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks, service marks and other intellectual property rights therein.
