+We are Anlatan LLC, the developers of https://novelai.net/ we are the original owner of the copyright that has been identified from this repository and the identified forks listed. Anlatan LLC formed in June of 2021 and has been in active business ever since. Our trade is distinct and uniquely identifiable.

+We have received information that GitHub is hosting the following repositories provide links and means to unlawfully access our proprietary software. Anlatan LLC has the exclusive right to control distribution of means to access NovelAI and its related products. This is the second time that we identified this user distributing our model and development code.
+
+The purpose we have identified of these repositories is to aid and abet software piracy of our business software. This is done by providing direct links in the Readme.md to download leaked proprietary software from Anlatan LLC. The user's repositories also contains our backend infrastructure called hydra, that was copy and pasted, the infringing files is located here: https://github.com/JingShing/ImageAI-4chan-lowvram-ver/tree/main/helper/hydra_node
