+No, all repos definitely are private and belong to TinkLabs.

+The best solution for us is that taking down all of these repos ASAP, it has already caused some loss since my first DMCA request;

+No, please remove all their repos, as all of these repos are belonged to TinkLabs(now GS holdings), haven't granted anyone to own them privately, not to mention to open to public.
