I am the [private] of the Global Gear Pty Ltd and the Global Gear website code which is currently being published publicly without permission.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
Our website is www.globalgear.com.au, and a copy of the dev site is being publicly made available on GitHub without permission.

Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
While the site is based on Magento Community which is open source, the complete site contains many customisations which are wholy owned by Global Gear.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
Removal is the only option. There is no benefit to anyone other than hackers to have access to our intellectual property.
