- The two parties(Party A: Yunnan Provincial People’s Government , and Party B: China Construction Bank Fintech)Company Limited) share the intellectual property rights of the source code, technical documentations, and compiled program of Yunnan Provincial People’s Government App.
- Cooperators shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others during development. In violation, the breach party shall bear all corresponding liabilities.
- Party B is responsible for registering copyright of the software. Transferring and authorizing the copyright to third parties are subject to unanimous consent of all parties. The party violating this clause shall pay the fine for breach of agreement to the observant party.
