1. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed:

I am the copyright owner of the repository 'GURU-BOT' hosted at https://github.com/Guru322/GURU-BOT, released under the Apache License 2.0.
|
|
|
|
2. Identification of the material alleged to be infringing:
|
|
The infringing repository, located at the following URL: https://github.com/AbhishekSuresh2/ABHISHEK-SER, contains code that has been directly copied from my 'GURU-BOT' repository. The infringing party removed original author information and claimed the copied code as their own.
|
|
|
|
3. The infringing repository is not in compliance with the Apache License 2.0, under which my 'GURU-BOT' repository is licensed. This license requires that any derivative works or copies of the original work must also be released under the same license and must include appropriate attribution to the original author.
|
|
|
|
4. To remedy the infringement and bring the project into compliance with the terms of the Apache License 2.0, the affected user, AbhishekSuresh2, should:
|
|
a. Add proper attribution to the original author, as required by the Apache License 2.0.
|
|
b. Remove the infringing code from their repository.
