The original work that has allegedly been infringed can be found here: https://material-ui.com/store/items/devias-kit-pro/ which is a licensed work sold by

"DEVIAS IO SRL", a Romanian company registered under the VAT number [private] with the social address in [private] which is sold by “Material-UI SAS”, a legal entity located at [private] and is the parent company to all subsidiaries of Material-UI Store (https://material-ui.com/store)

If requested we will provide the original work in a zip file or given access to our original private repository of our GitHub account https://github.com/devias-io

What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.

The following repos are publicly publishing the work that has allegedly been infringed on GitHub.com which caused both companies (DEVIAS IO SRL and Material-UI SAS great prejudice.

We demand all three repositories to be taken down as soon as possible. We have contacted two of the authors but we never got an answer.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

We demand all forks derived from the three repository mentioned above to be taken down as soon as possible:

Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?

All repositories mentioned above are violating the license which can be found here: https://material-ui.com/store/license/#i-standard-license

What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?

The best solution would be for the public repositories to be removed in order to remove the forks as well.

Do you have the alleged infringer’s contact information? If so, please provide it.

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
