1. We are the copyright owner
2. The original copyrighted content is the source code of an application we own, it’ is available on a private github repository. For security reasons we won’t put the URL in the DMCA request.
3. The entire repository should be taken down : https://github.com/PhaneendraGoutham/green
4. We searched but haven’t found others illegal fork of the original repository.
5. The work is deposed at the Programs Protection Agency and we own an IDDN certificate joined to this request, to prove it.
6. We want the full repository to be removed
7. Not sure who is behind the github incrimined account
8. I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
