No, this is not open source and should not be in the public. It is proprietary website/source code.

Removal, this person is not allowed to have the source code to began with since it is proprietary website/source code.

No, we do not know who leaked the source code. Maybe past employee? If possible to request email address or ip address relating to the account to determine the person would be helpful in prosecuting the person.
