I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice and acting as the in-house legal counsel of the copyright holder, Hunan Goke Microelectronics Co., Ltd. as well as our lawful licensor NDS (a world leader in video CA technologies and a part of CISCO), I would like to bring to your attention for the third time that content hosted under the account "linab309" infringes upon one or more copyrighted works in the format specified by the account user.
The copyrighted works infringed upon are the gk6105 software and middleware, both source codes and related documentations including code rules in the user linab309's other repositories.
All material available at the following address infringes Goke Microelectronics' copyrighted works. https://github.com/linab309/gk6105s-id/tree/master/trunk.
To be more specific, the following forked copies included in the trunk listed above contain codes / rules that in violation of our lawfully obtained copyrights:
