We have been notified by email today that an entity is distributing a version of one of our software products and hosting this in a GitHub repository. This is in contravention of the applicable license agreement available at https://www.ioncube.com/legal/encoder/eula/
Authorised versions of the software are available via a time limited free trial at https://www.ioncube.com/encoder_eval_download.php and otherwise only after a license has been granted. For the avoidance of doubt, the entity further has no authority to grant a license to GitHub Inc. as required in section D4 of the GitHub terms of service.
What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.

The license is not an open source license. They are being provided in violation of the license under which they were provided.
