This is a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 requesting that you immediately cease to provide access to copyrighted material you are currently hosting.
The infringing material is located at the following URL:

The author of the above project has violated both the license and copyright of a project I created, details of which are here:

Specifically I created the work “Jquery Kolorpicker” back in 2009 while working for MailerMailer LLC. In the spirit of open source the work was released under the under the new BSD license, along with being copyrighted by MailerMailer LLC. Essentially the only thing a derivative work such as MoriYoshi's “jquery-decentcolorpicker” is required to do is keep our license and reference our copyright. Unfortunately the author has chosen to infringe.
I attempted to resolve the issue within the github community itself with the following post:

I have a good faith belief that the use of the described material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
I swear that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
