I am a developer actively involved in writing code for Odoo ERP (www.odoo.com) Apps. I normally publish and sell my Apps via Odoo Apps market: https://apps.odoo.com.

These Apps/Modules I developed are proprietary and can be acquired by purchasing from the Odoo Apps market under a license called OPL-1 (Odoo Proprietary License v1.0): https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/13.0/uk/legal/licenses/licenses.html#odoo-apps

The license forbids to publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software.

I therefore kindly request your intervention to take down the content that infringes on the copyright ownership of the content in repos:

These content have been published publicly without my permission and they are infringing on the copyright ownership and permission as stated in the above mentioned license.

Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.

I wrote the following code and other files. They are proprietary and normally held in my private repository in [private]:

The same content has been acquired illegally and published in the following public repositories without my consent and permission:

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

I did not find any forks of the same infringing files and folders.

Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?

What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?

The best solution is to take them down to avoid infringing on the license

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
