I am [private] of projects and products in company THE WEB SQUARE. We our software firm and work on web, app and custom solutions development.
There was an employee in our company [private] who was working as react native developer. He has an account on github, here is the link to his account [private].
He has left our organization but he has uploaded our some important projects on his github account. As per our company policy on which he signed off as well that no one is allowed to use the source code of our company's project. He has made the the code publicly available from his github account due to which we are facing issues and our relationships with our client is getting impacted. The code is the property of THE WEB SQUARE thus he should not expose it to public
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
[private] worked on these projects when he was hired in our company. Mostly the projects were developed before he made some changes and in some projects he worked from scratch. but as per our company's policy he was already informed that he cannot use the source code neither he is allowed to upload it on his account. We already spoke to him via email to lay down the code but instead he changed the name of the projects but kept it as it is. Below are the details

What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?
Everything is secured at our side and we do not allow our employees to carry the code with them. but due to covid-19 situation work from home was granted and he used his personal laptop to continue work from home and accessed our bit bucket account from his personal laptop
