Whole https://github.com/APT64/SMM-Rootkit-compiled repository, it doesn't contain any original work from the github user APT64.

The license was removed alltogether, replaced with APT64's own license (MIT) with his own copyright.
What changes can be made to bring the project into compliance with the license? For example, adding attribution, adding a license, making the repository private.
Replace the original GPLv3 license.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement?
Reported content must be removed
Do you have the alleged infringer’s contact information? If so, please provide it.
I do not, but there has been some conversation going on regarding this issue on https://github.com/APT64/SMM-Rootkit-compiled/issues/1 . However, APT64 never replied.
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
I have taken fair use into consideration.
