- Prettier to fix indenting/quoting across files
- Manually adjust list styles to "-" style
- Ignore all translated files from automated formatting
- Drop redundant CI env variable
* update Actions workflow to use crowdin.yml for config
* no need for this comment; CODEOWNERS will now trigger a ping
* add a comment about why we need a custom PAT
* update Crowdin branch names
