[AIRFLOW-2446] Add S3ToRedshiftTransfer into the "Integration" doc

This PR adds an undocumented AWS-related operator
into the "Integration" section and fixes some
obsolete description.

Closes #3340 from sekikn/AIRFLOW-2446
