* malloc_increase -> malloc_increase_bytes
  * malloc_limit -> malloc_increase_bytes_limit
  * oldmalloc_increase -> oldmalloc_increase_bytes
  * oldmalloc_limit -> oldmalloc_increase_bytes_limit
