* vm.c (invoke_block_from_c): add VM_FRAME_FLAG_BMETHOD to record
it is bmethod frame. * vm.c (vm_exec): invoke RUBY_EVENT_RETURN event if rollbacked frame is VM_FRAME_FLAG_BMETHOD.
