numeric.c: optimize Fixnum<->Bignum comparisons

* numeric.c (fix_gt, fix_ge, fix_lt, fix_le): optimize comparisons
  Fixnum against Bignum by rb_big_cmp in inversed order without
  new Bignum instance.
