ko1 44aef0b53f * this commit is a result of refactoring. only renaming functions,
moving definitions place, add/remove prototypes, deleting
  unused variables and removing yarv.h.
  This commit doesn't change any behavior of ruby/vm.
* yarv.h, common.mk: remove yarv.h (contents are moved to yarvcore.h).
* error.c, eval_intern.h: include yarvcore.h instead yarv.h
* rename some functions:
  * debug.[ch]: debug_*() -> ruby_debug_*()

akr 682292ea7d * array.c (rb_ary_diff): fix a GC problem on IA64 with
gcc 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-13).
  When rb_ary_push is called, there was no register which contains
  `hash' but `&RHASH(hash)->tbl' instead.

ocean ea4a254de5 * array.c (rb_ary_fill): previous commit disabled this usage:
a = [0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9]
    a.fill {|i| a[i] * 10} #=> [nil, nil, ...., nil]

  previous commit has advantange for early garbage collection, but
  potensially would break some script. so I reverted behavior.
