Jean Boussier 0ae8dbbee0 rb_str_buf_append: fastpath to str_buf_cat If the LHS is ASCII compatible and the RHS is 7BIT we can directly concat without being concerned about anything else. What is Ruby?

Ruby is an interpreted object-oriented programming language often used for web development. It also offers many scripting features to process plain text and serialized files, or manage system tasks. It is simple, straightforward, and extensible.
