Remove Percona5.6 Unit Tests for Vitess 13.0
In the 13.0 GA timeframe MySQL 5.6 will have been EOL for approximately
1 year:
- https://www.mysql.com/support/eol-notice.html
- https://lefred.be/content/mysql-5-6-eol-is-february-2021/
- https://www.percona.com/services/support/mysql-support/5-6-eol-support
While Oracle and Percona offer "extended lifecycle support" that is a sort
of best-effort extended (extra cost) support you can purchase where they
help you keep things running w/o any additional fixes or builds.
