buildlet: use TLS certificates for SSH connections
This change adds the use of TLS certificates when connecting to a remote buildlet via port 443. This change only applies to the ConnectSSH, all other remote buildlet connections already use the TLS certificate. Fixes golang/go#41697 Change-Id: Ibc3e85edb562c42c9da2b1025f4b291b4a88deaa Reviewed-on: https://go-review.googlesource.com/c/build/+/258097 Trust: Carlos Amedee <carlos@golang.org> Run-TryBot: Carlos Amedee <carlos@golang.org> TryBot-Result: Go Bot <gobot@golang.org> Reviewed-by: Dmitri Shuralyov <dmitshur@golang.org>
