Carlos Amedee 489245e0b2 dashboard, env/linux-x86-jessie: remove Debian jessie Debian jessie is out of LTS support. This change removes the Debian jessie based builders: - use linux-x86-stretch for the misc-compile builders. - linux-x86-jessie host has been removed. - documentation for the linux-x86-clang builders have been updated. - documentation throughout the repo has been updated.
