Sameer Ajmani 49c4e13476 gopherstats: add -projects flag to restrict to specific Gerrit projects. By default, gopherstats generates stats for all go.googlesource.com Gerrit projects, including the Go OSP, protobuf, and gopls. I'd like to restrict focus to specific projects for use in perf artifacts.
