e2e: reduce boilerplate and add additonal tests
- Drys up e2e test logic and adds additional tests to mirror the compare pages set. - Pins some unit page urls to specific versions to reduce the frequency of updates. - Parallelizes mobile and desktop tests to improve performance. In my experience, overall test run takes on average one minute.
