Andre Bandarra 2b535699f6 Update build tools and libraries to latest version ... The project build files are using outdated versions of the Android build tools, targetting older Android versions or using old versions of the support libraryis. Targetting the latest versions of those is a best practice on Android and will also make it make it easier for developers to download and run the project on Android Studio, as not updating those show as warnings on the IDE.
