Ted Choc 72650f72d6 Allow launching CCT intents w/o a session from the test client. ... I had a crash that was easily reproable by opening a CCT on a cold start of Chrome. Being able to quickly launch a CCT w/o starting Chrome is a nice to have in my opinion.
